The morning meeting was to walk Varun through the 7 GPs. The fellows described about the GPs and in that conversation, certain concerns came up.
Difficult GPs:
These GPs and the members have been quite difficult to work with, in the past 6 months. Hakladi has still not started with the survey either.
Cooperative GPs:
These GP have been active and have supported the fellows with their work. The GP members are also proactive and are willing to collaborate.
Mallika suggested concentrating on the GP which is proactive and reciprocating. She said that the difficult GPs can be approached in other ways (a monthly meeting for all the GP members with the Vandse Collective team) but regardless of the participation of the GP members, the relationship with the community collaborators can be strengthened. Varun recommended experimenting with different tools and changing the approach.
