1. It would be great if you could also share with us your plan for analysis that would help us understand how you will be extracting the specific data required for the Compact modules from their larger Vandse study as well as the adolescent component, and how you will consolidate this to answer the very specific questions shared with you through the framework and the presentation slides
2. We also wanted to request you consider how you will be able to draw the knowledge/insights from the field work, from a systems perspective on adolescent health, provisions, services, outcomes and their participation. It's clear how you will be working with adolescents to udnerstand how the system works from their perspective, and their issues and challenges and barriers. We also wanted to request you to consider how we can capture the perspectives of other community stakeholders especially within the system in terms of what work or doesnt work in the context of adoelscents and what can be enabled for better outcomes.

From Mallika:

As we chatted on WhatsApp, I had a few thoughts for our discussion, as the project moves to the next phase. Overall, I feel we need to deep dive into our next steps and systematically steer the project forward, with structured reviews, planning and documentation. Happy to meet even in person for some of these discussions one of these days.

Envisaging the following for the next steps (this, of course, must be co-developed by us all):

March:

1. Finalising the detailed Design phase plan for the Adolescent component in Vandse (with deliverables) – DB team

2. Finalising the detailed plan for the overall Vandse piece (from April to Dec 2024) with clear deliverables

3. Finalising contract of next phase (April to Dec 2024) with DB.

April:

1. Cluster-level workshop with all GPs to review all micro contexts findings/learnings, intervention opportunities, advocacy opportunities and the project’s way forward

May-

1. Detail reflections of the overall Vandse Project – against plans in workshop mode with the core team – Onsite
2. Workshop with RDPR officials led by community collaborators and GP members of Vandse

have been pondering over the following and it will be good to think this through together:

1. If we are collapsing the structure (as seen in the co-impact note shared by DB), what are we scaling? What is the operational/execution model going to look like? Need to be clear and aligned about our vision for scale.
2. Linked to my point above, how are we envisaging exist from Vandse? What do we leave behind and what do we take to other geographies? What do we advocate for at the national level?
3. Linked to point 1 again is - Are we reconfiguring the fielder roles- If so, who does what and how is it all going to come together? How will this influence the way we mentor (linked to point 6 below)
4. Feel the need to strengthen and bring in follow-up rigour on the following:
   1. Mini projects- revisiting the list of the current mini projects and evolving how we would drive them to completion
   2. Evolving interventions from GP engagements - who will track and mentor this? How will this move into execution/ piloting
   3. Evolving newer micro contexts- How will we make this more intentional and what will be the process/criteria to define a micro context in the SDOH Lens?
